Pricing
All pricing worldwide is in USD. Orders shipping to a California address are subject to Sales tax calculated by the shipping address. Xoar International reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice. Xoar International Online uses IP Address based Geo-Location to show location based pricing and charges. This affects currency selection and taxes. Transactions not completed naturally, either by design or by mistake, Xoar reserves the right to cancel the order or charge the excess due to the result of the scenario.
Ordering
We accept orders internationally.
Shipping
- Your order will be dispatched within two business days.
- Orders are shipped via USPS / UPS / DHL.
- Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping carriers. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
- Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
- If the product was marked with 'pre-order' your item will ship automatically when in stock and you will be sent tracking emails on the day of dispatch.
U.S. Delivery cost and estimated delivery times
We process and ship Monday to Friday. All U.S. orders with Priority Mail and UPS Next Day placed before 11 am (PST) will be dispatched on the same day, otherwise, it will be dispatched in 1 business day.

- Unless stated otherwise, free shipping offers apply to Standard shipping within the contiguous United States only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories). Standard packages are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class with tracking.
- For Priority Mail or UPS Next Day, orders must be placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 a.m. PT to be shipped the same day. Packages will be delivered Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PT on Friday or any time on Saturday and Sunday do not ship until the following Monday.
International Delivery Cost and Times
We changed our shipping service from First Class to Priority as of May 16th, 2018 to ensure better security of the shipment as it allows better tracking and insurance coverage for missing/damaged shipments despite the higher shipping cost. We appreciate your understanding.

Tracking
You will receive tracking information from the shipping provider. All tracking inquiries and estimated delivery times must go through the relevant freight provider for your country. Xoar will not be able to track items on behalf of customers.
